services. If you need help or technical assistance, we are here to help. We respond to technical support questions from Monday to Friday. Our standard response time is 48h for all licensed customers and 24h for customers with premium support.
We are the first company in the software components industry to offer 2 months of
FREE technical assistance even without a subscription or a product purchase. If you haven't purchased a license or your license has expired you can usually expect a response within 72h.
